The location was great, staff were fantastic friendly. Dined at Carluccio's, it was relatively near the venue. The classic queen room was great-sized with updated electronic features, by far the best beds anywhere and pastries.

They've got that real 100% orange juice, not the fake stuff. Plus, each room comes with a safe box and all the essentials like central heating and an iron. The location is spot on - you can't beat it!

Had a top-notch classic twin room, which allowed us to enjoy marvellous view of the inside. Had perfect and magnificent location close to transport including free train transfer to other terminals at Heathrow.

The cup of tea and milk for breakfast were excellent. The inside view was lovely.- The location was good, close to additional restaurants, a Marks and Spencer Grocery store, and trains for downtown London.

My breakfast was enjoyable with a chef who is obviously the soul of the kitchen, sausages, preserves.

A decent size room plus with king bed. Marvellous and brilliant location near to the Zebra restaurant which had a pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff, the tube and terminal three.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and the meeting rooms exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of rooms to accommodate different group sizes, and the largest ballroom was perfect for our networking event. The staff ensured a smooth experience, making it an ideal choice for business gatherings.

A service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center within the hotel for last-minute printing and urgent office needs.

I chose Sofitel London Heathrow solely to visit St Martins Church. However, the exquisite dishes, presented immaculately at the Le Vivre restaurant by Fabrizio, surpassed my expectations. The tea selection prepared under the expert guidance of a tea master was exceptional. The facilities and the great selection on the lunch menu were impressive.

Strict early/late check-out policy.

They offered immaculate and top-notch rooms with very comfortable bed and views on the atrium, as example. The service was all in all excellent. On the plus side, there was parking onsite...

Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I come to Hillingdon. The rooms are practical and huge with a free mini bar, safe, for example. The location of hotel is unbeatable and brilliant for exploring a bastion and a castle right next to the venue.

The room was super plush, the bed was mind-blowingly comfy, and the separate shower and tub were a jaw-dropping bonus! The fish and chips at the restaurant were oh so satisfying, and the location was incredibly convenient for our flight.
